Terms and conditions

• Prices are per night, based and inclusive of a full English breakfast and VAT.
  
• Midweek is Sunday to Thursday, Weekend is Friday to Saturday.
  
• Dinner, bread & breakfast packages includes dinner each evening (£20 per person meal allowance from menu), full English breakfast and VAT. This offer is not available in July/August and is subject to availability at other times of the year.
  
• The room prices do not include Easter, Christmas and New Year Please ask for details.
  
• All our rooms include as standard: mineral water, exclusive soaps and toiletries and fresh flowers
  
• A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The hotel requires 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation otherwise a penalty charge is applicable. Provisional bookings will be released within 48 hours if payment isn’t received.
  
• To avoid disappointment we recommend that you book a table at our restaurant when reserving your room.
  
• Children over 5 are welcome in our bar and restaurant at any time, under adult supervision.
  
• Children under 5 are welcome in the restaurant before 8pm and may dine in the Bar at any time, under adult supervision.
  
• Check-in time is from 2.30pm and check-out time by 11am.
  
• Fritton House is non-smoking throughout.
  
• Twin rooms are wet shower rooms and do not have baths.
  
• We do not levy a service charge on rooms.
  
• All rooms have flatscreen TV, DVD and direct dial.
  
• Where a deposit is paid, cancellation may result in forfeiture of that deposit and a further charge being made if we are unable to re-let the room(s).
  
• We recommend that guests take out insurance to cover last-minute cancellations.
  
• We reserve the right to change these prices without prior notice.
  
• Fritton House will be delighted to provide facilities for wedding receptions, private functions, residential conferences, and business meetings.  Please ask for details.
  
• Fritton House holds special functions throughout the year.  If you wish to be on our mailing list, please call the hotel.
  
• We kindly request that guests refrain from using mobile phones in public areas of the hotel. Thank you for your co-operation.
• Guide dogs are welcome as are small dogs by prior arrangement and at the discretion of the manager.
